Of the hashtags in your description, YouTube shows up to three next to the title. Put the most useful first.
Not too many
The more you add, the less relevant they get, says YouTube’s help. Past 60, YouTube ignores them all, and overuse can remove the video from search.
Directly related to the video
A misleading or unrelated hashtag can get the video removed. The generator only suggests hashtags drawn from your topic.
No spaces
Join the words: #QuickRecipe or #quickrecipe. A space breaks the hashtag.
