The rules for using Kreatoai, in a few points.

Kreatoai lets you connect your social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, Bluesky, Google Business), schedule and publish your content on them, and answer your messages with an AI agent, from the dashboard, ChatGPT, Claude or our API. By using Kreatoai, you accept these terms.
You must be 18 or older to create an account. You are responsible for what is done from your account and for keeping your password confidential.
Only connect accounts you have the right to manage. What you publish remains subject to the rules of each network.
Kreatoai uses YouTube API Services. By connecting your channel, you agree to the YouTube Terms of Service and the Google Privacy Policy. You can remove our access at any time from your Google account permissions.
You remain the owner of your content, including content created with our AI. You only give us the right to process it and publish it for you. Review what the AI writes or creates before you publish it: you remain responsible for it.
No illegal, hateful or misleading content, no spam, and no attempt to get around our limits or to access someone else's account. If this happens, we may suspend the account.
Kreatoai can be used for free within the limits shown on the site; the AI features (images, texts, reply agent) require a paid plan. Subscriptions are sold by Dodo Payments, which collects the payment, applies VAT and sends you the invoice.
Your subscription renews every month or every year. You can stop it at any time from the Subscription page: it stays active until the end of the paid period.
You can ask for a full refund within 7 days of a payment: just write to contact@kreatoai.com.
You can ask for your account to be deleted at any time by writing to contact@kreatoai.com. Your data is then erased.
Kreatoai is provided as is. We are not responsible for decisions made by the networks (suspended accounts, changing rules), and our liability is limited to what you paid over the last twelve months.
We may change these terms. If there is an important change, we will let you know by email.
These terms are governed by French law. If there is a disagreement, write to us first: we will look for an amicable solution.
